Who this service is for

For borrowers with genuine financial difficulty and total unsecured dues of ₹2 lakh or more. A review does not guarantee acceptance by the lender.

How the support works

  1. Review each loan statement, current income and essential expenses.
  2. Compare continued repayment, hardship arrangements and restructuring before settlement.
  3. Prepare a realistic proposal supported by hardship records and available funds.
  4. Verify the lender’s written offer, payment deadline and official payment channel.
  5. Keep receipts and obtain the lender’s final account-status documentation.

Documents to keep ready

  • Latest loan statements and loan account references
  • Income and recent bank statements
  • Hardship evidence and a complete liability list
  • Copies of recovery communications and notices

Use secure channels when sharing account documents. Never share an OTP, PIN or banking password.

Costs, limitations and important trade-offs

Settlement can result in a settled credit-report status, affecting future borrowing. Interest, charges and lawful recovery do not automatically stop during discussions. Service fees are separate from payments owed to lenders; obtain the scope and fee terms before enrolling.
